Pay Rate: $48.00 – 50.00
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Project Manager to support technical leads and product managers on various initiatives. This role involves managing project plans, coordinating meetings, and driving action items to ensure successful project execution. The ideal candidate will have strong decision-support capabilities and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update Microsoft Project Plans and/or Azure DevOps boards
  • Coordinate control meetings and gather tasks from team members
  • Analyze project data including week-over-week variances and critical path metrics
  • Facilitate scrum practices and support continuous improvement efforts
  • Prioritize work based on customer backlog and business needs
  • Break down complex information into actionable tasks
  • Provide decision support to project owners and product managers
  • Influence stakeholders and facilitate meetings effectively
  • Build strong relationships across internal teams and manage conflict resolution

Years of Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree (4-year) required
  • 5–7 years of project-related experience
  • Experience with both Agile/Scrum and traditional Waterfall methodologies

Skills Required
Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps and Microsoft Project (must be able to demonstrate)
  • Salesforce CRM system familiarity
  • Strong writing and documentation skills
  • SAFe / Agile certifications preferred
  • Experience as RTE or Scrum Master in cloud-based software deployments
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus
