Job Title: Technical Analyst 
Contract Duration: 6 months 
Location: Deerfield, IL 
Work Arrangement: Onsite 
Pay Rate: $67 – $70 per hour
 
Responsibilities 

  • Champion AI to Key Stakeholders: Act as the primary advocate for AI initiatives, communicating the benefits and potential of AI technologies and Governance to senior leadership and other key stakeholders to secure buy-in and support. 

  • Implement AI Platforms: Oversee the deployment and integration of AI platforms across the organization, ensuring they meet business needs and are scalable for future growth. 

  • Advise All Teams on AI: Provide expert guidance and support to various departments on how to leverage AI to solve business problems and improve processes. 

  • Develop and Execute the AI Roadmap: Create a strategic plan for AI initiatives, outlining key projects, timelines, and milestones, and ensure its successful execution. 

  • Implement Success Measurement Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact and success of AI initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as needed. 

  • Implementation and Usage of Implementation and Usage of Generative AI technologies such as Microsoft Co-Pilot and lead the deployment and adoption of such technologies, ensuring they are effectively utilized to enhance productivity and decision-making. 

  • Support business domain teams such as R&D and Marketing with AI Capabilities: Collaborate with domain teams to integrate AI technologies into products and services, enhancing their value to customers. 

  • Drive strategic adoption of AI solutions across the enterprise: Provide strategic leadership and direction for AI initiatives. 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred). 

  • 5+ years in technical analysis, AI implementation, or related roles. 

  • Proven experience deploying AI platforms and tools in enterprise environments. 

  • Hands-on experience with generative AI technologies (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI models). 

Technical Skills 

  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, governance, and ethical considerations. 

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). 

  • Proficiency in data analytics and KPI measurement. 

Soft Skills 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Strategic thinking with the ability to influence leadership decisions. 

  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration abilities.
