Haley Michelle Hrovat is an Associate Account Manager at Epitec. She’s been with Epitec since 2016. Her nicknames include Hay or Hales. This is her first year making the President’s Club.
As an Associate Account Manager, Haley’s is responsible for the development and management of the Caterpillar account. She acts as the liaison between our internal recruiting team and business customers. And she manages a team of 3 recruiters.
Haley loves managing her team and building relationships with Epitec candidates. She is also allowed to work from home, which she appreciates. That’s because Haley works out of Peoria, developing our presence in the area. She says it’s a bit different than Detroit, but she enjoys having the opportunity to build our relationships with Caterpillar.
A typical day for Haley is battling traffic (her two dogs) up the stairs to her home office, where she hustles with submittals, interviews, and placements. She also feels Epitec has an advantage over other placement companies because she is there to have face time with our candidates, employees, and customers and that goes a long way.
