Pay Range: $47-52/hour, depending on chosen benefits and experience

Our Automotive customer’s Care & Aftersales (CCA) Marketing team is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Website Manager to lead digital strategy execution across service and parts content, shopping tools, and marketing campaigns. This role ensures a seamless online experience and collaborates with creative, UX, data, and analytics teams to optimize the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead digital strategy for Parts and Service websites
  • Define features and functionality to communicate product and brand stories
  • Manage timelines and agency coordination for launches
  • Align digital execution with CCA brand goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams (ACDelco, Genuine Parts, Certified Service, Technician Recruitment)
  • Partner with IT, Brand Leads, and research teams to implement best practices
  • Advocate for user experience through usability research and insights
  • Analyze site metrics and drive optimization (A/B testing, Test/Target)
  • Conduct usability studies and competitive audits
  • Oversee content strategy and asset creation
  • Develop purchase orders and support budgeting/forecasting

  • SEO expertise and familiarity with online shopping tools
  • Technical aptitude for cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience with usability testing and wireframe reviews
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • CGI asset creation experience
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7–12 years of experience in digital marketing or product management for high-traffic consumer websites
