About the Role
Position Summary
The Senior IT Project/Program Manager is responsible for coordinating, executing, and optimizing multiple IT initiatives that support the company’s strategic objectives. The role requires strong cross?functional collaboration, advanced project management expertise, and the ability to lead complex programs with minimal oversight.


Key Responsibilities
Project & Program Leadership

  • Manage and coordinate multiple IT projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Plan, monitor, and oversee project/program execution across various product development functions.

Stakeholder & Team Management

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to maintain alignment on priorities, project goals, and timelines.
  • Ensure effective resource allocation and utilization to support successful project delivery.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Use project management systems and tools to track progress and measure performance.
  • Expert-level Jira usage required, including building dashboards and reporting metrics for leadership.

Risk & Issue Management

  • Identify potential project risks early and develop mitigation strategies to ensure objectives are met.
  • Maintain proactive communication regarding risks and dependencies.

Documentation & Process Governance

  • Develop, maintain, and organize comprehensive project documentation to support governance and improve project delivery standards.

Experience Requirements
