IT Support Specialist / Client Support Associate

Epitec is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist / Client Support Associate to join a leading foodservice organization in Fife, WA. This is a hands-on, onsite role supporting corporate office and distribution center environments. The ideal candidate will have strong desktop support experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve incidents and service requests using ITSM/ticketing systems while meeting SLAs
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, peripherals, and software
- Provide support for mobile devices (iOS and Android)
- Support audio/visual equipment and conferencing systems
- Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, deployments, and equipment refreshes
- Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle management records
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment repairs and maintenance
- Create and update technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
- Support distribution center operations, including printer maintenance and equipment troubleshooting
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining ownership of tickets through resolution
Must-Have Technical Skills
- Windows desktop configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting
- PC hardware installation, configuration, and repair
- Desktop and peripheral troubleshooting
- Mobile device support (iOS/Android)
- Microsoft Office support
- Experience working in ITSM/ticketing environments
Preferred Skills
- Networking fundamentals (WLAN, LAN, TCP/IP, VLANs, routing)
- Experience with VPN, VDI, endpoint management, or security tools
- Active Directory administration
- Windows Server environments
- Experience supporting warehouse or distribution center environments
- CompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications, or similar certifications (preferred, not required)

- 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise IT environments

Monday-Friday
• First 45 days: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• After 45 days:
- Mon/Wed/Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tue/Thu: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
