Job Title: Compliance Specialist III
Contract Duration: up to 2 years

Work Arrangement: Onsite
Responsibilities
- Conduct data analysis using SQL and Python on AHT, product usage, escalation rates, pass rates, completion rates, and other key KYC metrics
- Build dashboards and queries that display and enable tracking of program effectiveness
- Leverage findings from data analyses and dashboards to identify and implement process improvements
- Supports key KYC program functions required to maintain compliance. Specifically delivers process mapping, documentation, program health, quality initiatives, tech issues
Skills
- Ability to understand and interpret complex regulatory legislation.
- Works well independently and a strong team player.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, and MS Visio.
- Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (in business, accounting, legal, or related field).
- Excellent business writing skills to update regulatory artifacts, Standard Operating Procedures, training material, etc.
Must Have Skills
