About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join a fast-paced technology team focused on building scalable, cloud-native enterprise applications. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, contributing to architecture decisions, and collaborating across product, engineering, and business teams.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise across the full stack, including modern front-end development, backend microservices, cloud technologies, and CI/CD practices.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications across front-end, back-end, and database layers.
- Build and consume RESTful microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using React, Redux, HTML5, and CSS.
- Architect and deploy cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Leverage services including Cloud Run, Compute Engine, Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, Redis, and application monitoring tools.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Collaborate with product managers and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
- Develop automated testing strategies including unit, integration, UI, regression, performance, TDD, and BDD testing.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and related DevOps tools.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor other developers.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing enterprise applications with Java and Spring Boot.
- 4+ years of experience building production-grade applications using React.
- Strong experience designing and implementing REST APIs and microservices.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud-native architectures.
- Strong experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline development.
- Advanced knowledge of HTML5 and CSS including responsive design principles.
- Experience with Spring Security, OAuth2, JWT, JPA, and Hibernate.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, performance optimization, and secure coding practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
- Knowledge of Redis and distributed system architectures.
- Experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Jest, or React Testing Library.
- Familiarity with SAML authentication.
- Unix/Linux and shell scripting experience.
- Experience with AI-enabled development tools and practices.
- Exposure to DevOps methodologies and automation frameworks.
