Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities

Support the build and iteration of automated workflows that transform people analytics dashboards into proactive insights and alerts delivered through chat and email

Assist with Power Automate workflow testing, validation checks, and documentation

Support Power BI output validation, formatting reviews, reporting QA, and dashboard validation activities

Execute predefined test cases and clearly document testing results

Validate analytics outputs against source-of-truth reporting using Power BI and SQL-based data checks
-
Track defects, retesting results, and validation outcomes to support quality assurance efforts

Assist with documentation updates, test coordination, and release support activities
-
Support testing and operational monitoring of AI-enabled analytics experiences and automated reporting processes

Assist with dashboard updates, content validation, routing validation, and user experience testing
-
Maintain operational accuracy across analytics assets and reporting resources

Maintain clear documentation of completed work, open issues, risks, and testing results
-
Communicate status updates and blockers within a fast-paced build and testing environment
-
Collaborate with team members throughout iterative development and release cycles
Requirements

Experience working with reporting, analytics, testing, validation, or operational support activities
-
Comfortable working with structured data and following defined testing and documentation processes

Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, Power Automate, or related analytics and reporting tools

Ability to execute structured testing activities and document results accurately

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
