Job Title: Pharmacy Operations Senior Representative
Location: Remote in any of the following: TX, TN, NM, OK or MT
Job Type: W2 Contract
Expected hours per week: 40 hours per week
Schedule: 8:00am – 5:00pm CST Monday thru Friday. No weekends or holidays.
Pay: $22 per hour
Role Summary
The Pharmacy Technician supports the Medicare Part D Medication Adherence (Stars) program through telephonic outreach to Medicare members, pharmacies, and providers. This call?center role focuses on identifying and resolving barriers to medication adherence while delivering high?quality customer service and meeting daily performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound/inbound calls to members, pharmacies, and providers
- Assist members in obtaining prescribed medications and addressing adherence barriers
- Collaborate with clinical pharmacy teams, providers, and health plan resources
- Work in a monitored call queue and meet productivity and quality standards
- Handle member inquiries, complaints, and complex issues
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and a professional, member?centric approach
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy Technician license
- 1+ year experience in retail pharmacy, PBM, or health plan setting
- Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills
- Comfortable working with multiple systems (phone, Word, Excel, web?based tools)
Preferred Qualifications
- Call center experience
- 2+ years pharmacy, PBM, or health plan experience
- CPhT certification (PTCB or NHA)
