| Position Description: |
| Performance Production Vehicle Team – Management Analyst Support Interior Program |
| Skills Required: |
| Design Release Engineer – basic understanding of automotive interior components and BOM structure. Applicable parts include Seats, Steering wheels, Hard trim and Deco trim. |
| Skills Preferred: |
| Change Management – skilled in prioritizing changes based on program timing, BOM management, and organization of changes. Preferred knowledge of Ford change and release systems. |
| Experience Required: |
| • BS Mechanical Engineering or BS Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) or BBA or Associate Degree • Ability to handle complex and multiple tasks and complicated situations under compressed timing • Strong organizational and communication skills |
| Experience Preferred: |
| Preferred • 5+ years experience on automotive programs • Understanding of GPDS deliverables and basic Ford engineering tools (FEDE BOM / WERS / Bill of Material / AIMS / 8Ds / Part Sign-Off / GPIRs / FEDE DVP / Engineering Sign Off / DFMEA / FMA / Six Sigma) • Experience launching new vehicles and working with a Cross-functional team |
