Provider Data Specialist
Location: El Paso, TX
Schedule: Onsite (Hybrid possibility after training)
Work Arrangement:
- Training Phase: Onsite 5 days per week
- Post?Training: Hybrid eligible
- If no personal equipment, the worker will remain 100% onsite
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Position Overview
The Provider Data Specialist is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of provider information across internal systems and member?facing platforms. This role requires high attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a high?volume production environment. The position involves frequent communication with provider partners to validate information and consistent, high?accuracy data entry into internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify provider data through frequent outreach and communication with provider partners.
- Maintain 95%+ accuracy when validating and inputting provider information.
- Perform timely, high?quality data entry updates within internal provider systems.
- Ensure all assignments are completed on time with required quality standards.
- Adhere to moderately complex business rules and workflows.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment and build strong business relationships.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to meet and maintain a 95%+ quality rating in a fast?paced, high?volume setting
- Ability to learn moderately complex business rules quickly
- Ability to learn and navigate multiple computer systems
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to assimilate into a team environment
- Strong business relationship?building capabilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with office automation tools, including Microsoft Office
