Summary
Join a dynamic product and technology organization as a Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner supporting Salesforce-driven initiatives. This role is responsible for defining, documenting, and prioritizing business needs to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality Salesforce platform enhancements. You will partner closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical delivery teams to drive value-based outcomes in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering, business process analysis, and documentation including user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows
- Act as Product Owner for one or more Agile teams, owning backlog prioritization and readiness
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and demos
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, UX, data, and architecture teams to support solution design and delivery
- Perform and test Salesforce platform configurations in lower environments to support promotion to production
- Support UAT, change readiness, training, and feature adoption efforts
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes, improve product performance, and reduce delivery risk
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- 7–10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or a hybrid BA/PO role
- 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience (platform-focused; not CRM UI only)
- Strong experience writing user stories, managing backlogs, and working within Agile methodologies
- Demonstrated experience working across complex systems, integrations, and matrixed stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- CSPO or PSPO
- CBAP or PMI-PBA
- SAFe PO/PM
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Data analysis fundamentals (SQL, reporting tools, or equivalent)
