Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Specialist

Work Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ, USA
W2 Contract Length: 6 months – ongoing
Schedule: Fully Onsite (5 days per week)
Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour

The candidate will execute operational duties supporting Direct-to-Consumer/E-Commerce operations, including order fulfillment, in-stock management, reporting, and master table maintenance. This cross-functional role involves communication with internal and external partners. Ideal candidates are motivated, customer-centric, detail-oriented, and strong critical thinkers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage orders: DO creation, shipment monitoring, order maintenance, inbound monitoring & prioritization
  • Oversee inventory feed, stock-out recovery, assortment management, and in-stock reporting
  • Provide internal teams with daily supply ETAs and prepare weekly stock balancing requests
  • Communicate product supply status to Sales and Order Management teams
  • Identify and resolve complex customer order issues in collaboration with Sales and Order Management
  • Perform reporting and root cause analysis
  • Engage in daily interactions regarding product availability, allocation, and transition planning
  • Proactively identify and challenge activities that detract from planned objectives
  • Maintain efficient workflow processes and drive process innovation
  • Collect, document, and manage account information (order rhythm, service level expectations, process flows, ETA details)
  • Partner with logistics planners on outbound logistics issues and account-specific service expectations

Education & Experience

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
  • 2–4 years of relevant work experience
  • Solid experience in forecasting/allocation or strong operational background preferred
