Summary
Join our team as a Supply Chain Manager and take ownership of inventory forecasting, replenishment, and operational excellence for our Direct-to-Consumer Retail division. This role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to manage complex inventory processes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Forecast, allocate, and replenish store-level inventory weekly using SAP ERP; minimize stock-outs and ensure compliance with company goals.
- Create and manage rolling weekly forecasts for new stores/items for upload into SAP.
- Track and resolve inventory issues including short shipments, delivery timing, and product launches.
- Maintain item-level inventory files for retail team part numbers.
- Lead weekly CPFR meetings with internal product teams to align on forecasting and replenishment.
- Update and communicate weekly shipping reports to cross-functional teams.
- Partner with stores to address damaged inventory and execute product returns, minimizing costs.
- Collaborate with Demand Planning, Visual Merchandising, and Marketing to adjust forecasts for upcoming priorities.
- Conduct inventory audits at company’s retail stores as needed.
- Document SOPs and train new team members and cross-functional partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 2–6 years of experience OR 12+ years of directly related experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Experience organizing and interpreting large datasets.
- Hands-on experience with item-level inventory forecasting and replenishment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with high accountability and problem-solving ability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SAP [NERP] inventory and logistics system.
- Experience with CPFR processes and retail supply chain operations.
- Familiarity with demand planning and product launch coordination.
