Job Title: AI Technical Analyst
Contract Duration: 6 months (possible extension)
Location: ON-SITE in Deerfield, IL
Pay: $67 – $70 per hour
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced AI Leader to champion and drive enterprise-wide AI initiatives. This role will serve as the primary advocate for AI adoption, guiding strategic implementation and ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will lead the deployment of AI platforms, including generative AI technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, and collaborate across departments to integrate AI into processes, products, and services. The position requires strong technical expertise, strategic vision, and exceptional communication skills to influence leadership and secure organizational buy-in.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years in technical analysis, AI implementation, or similar roles.
- Proven experience deploying AI platforms and tools in enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI technologies (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI models).
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, governance, and ethical considerations.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Proficiency in data analytics and KPI measurement.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strategic thinker with influence at leadership level.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
