About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Software Test Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work with cutting-edge vehicle technologies to ensure the quality and reliability of in-vehicle features. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to both manual and automated testing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to validate software functionality.
- Execute automated and manual tests to identify software defects and ensure quality.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, and development teams to ensure test suites align with feature requirements.
- Identify opportunities for test automation and recommend process improvements.
- Deliver verification metrics and raise timely awareness of critical issues.
- Take ownership of defect creation, management, and resolution with clear communication practices.
- Perform exploratory testing for user acceptance (non-requirement-based test cases).
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience:
- 0–3 years of experience in software testing concepts and methodologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or similar for test automation.
- Ability to write clear and concise test cases.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
