System Test Validation Engineer – ADAS/AD & Diagnostics

About the Role:
We’re looking for a System Test Validation Engineer to lead software validation for ADAS/AD systems, diagnostics, and platform testing. This role focuses on creating and automating test cases, executing system-level tests on HIL benches, and ensuring traceability to functional and performance requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate software components for ADAS/AD, Diagnostics, and Platform testing.
- Develop and automate test cases using ASTQB methodologies, execute tests across ECUs at system level on HIL.
- Create test plans, execute tests, review reports, and ensure feature validation aligns with requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Functional Safety, Infotainment, Feature Teams).
- Perform closed-loop bench testing using ECUTest, CAPL, Python; improve efficiency and product quality.
- Maintain traceability of test cases to system-level requirements; support SAFe processes.
- Conduct diagnostic testing, fault injection, and root cause analysis for parking feature issues.
- Implement automated diagnostics testing (UDS/DoIP/K-Line), DTC validation, and suppression strategies.
- Create roads/scenarios in dSPACE MotionDesk/ModelDesk/Aurelion, develop automation in Python/ECUTest.
- Manage test artifacts in TestRail, JFrog, integrate executions into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Analyze failures, define network topologies, and drive continuous improvement for automation coverage.
