Visitor Services Coordinator
Location: East Moline, IL
Schedule: 1st Shift, 40 hours/week
Hours: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 7:30 AM–4:00 PM (30?minute lunch)
Onsite Only | No Remote Work
We are seeking a high?energy, professional, and service?driven Visitor Services Coordinator to support both the Harvester and Seeding locations in Moline, IL. This role is an essential front?facing position responsible for creating exceptional visitor experiences, coordinating factory tours, and ensuring smooth, safe, and positive engagements for all guests.
Interviews will be conducted onsite at the Harvester facility (1?hour in?person sessions).
About the Role
The Visitor Services Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for visitors, ensuring seamless tour operations from planning to completion. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, detail?oriented, flexible with changing priorities, and able to work independently with professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule, organize, and confirm visitor tours
- Greet visitors, provide orientation, and ensure all safety and PPE requirements are met
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences, including special tours and event support
- Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve issues
- Maintain visitor records, including waivers, databases, and reporting
- Support and train tour guides; identify and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, event coordination, or visitor services
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem?solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Power BI experience is a plus
- Must be professional, energetic, reliable, and able to work independently
Compensation
- Pay Rate: $18/hr
