? Now Hiring: IT Operations Specialist – Automotive Manufacturing
Join the IT team supporting a high?volume automotive manufacturing plant producing the industry’s newest vehicle models. In this role, you’ll work directly on the plant floor, supporting critical applications, infrastructure, and production systems that keep operations running smoothly.
You’ll troubleshoot technical issues, analyze data, resolve system incidents, and partner with global support teams to ensure the stability and performance of manufacturing applications. This role also plays a key part in driving process improvements, lean manufacturing initiatives, and long?term system integration.

What You’ll Do
• Support a multi?shift onsite manufacturing operation (rotating days/nights/weekends)
• Provide technical support for applications, infrastructure, operating systems, and end?user tools
• Partner with business and IT teams to prioritize and deliver improvement initiatives
• Support plant?floor systems and resolve technical incidents
• Assist global teams (DBA, Server Ops, Network Ops, etc.) with onsite troubleshooting
• Maintain system documentation and contribute to long?term application stability
What You Bring
? 5+ years of relevant IT experience
? Strong background in business process, desktop, server, and application support
? Experience with operations support systems
? Preferred: server administration or manufacturing process experience
? Bonus: plant floor automation (PLCs/control systems)
Education
• Required: High School Diploma / GED
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree
