Job Summary
The Project/Program Manager (Non-IT) 3 will plan, direct, and coordinate activities for non-IT projects in areas such as engineering, research and development, financial systems, and product rollouts. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The manager will work closely with technical leads, maintain project plans, and facilitate meetings to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects by creating detailed plans and directing technical activities.
- Maintain Microsoft Project Plans and ensure accurate scheduling.
- Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to stakeholders.
- Facilitate Agile events (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and Waterfall project activities.
- Remove blockers and impediments to team progress; foster continuous improvement.
- Recruit, assign, and evaluate team members; oversee staff development.
- Analyze resource needs and market demand to assess project feasibility.
- Review and approve contracts and cost estimates.
- Collaborate with management, production, and marketing teams on project specifications.
Minimum Experience
Years of Experience:
- Required: 5–7 years of project management experience.
Degree Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Preferred: Scrum Master Certification or PMP certification.
Comparable Roles:
Program Manager, Project Coordinator, Business Analyst.

Required Technical Skills
- Extensive knowledge of project management software (Primavera or MS Project).

- No project management experience.

Additional Details
- Estimated Start Date: February 23, 2026.
- Estimated Duration: 12 months – option to go internal.
- Daily Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible start/end; minimal OT).
- Remote Possibility: Onsite Full-Time.
- Travel: 0–25%.
- Interview Process: 1 round, virtual or phone (manager only).
- Interview Timeline: Tentative interviews first week of February.
