Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to support and enhance a modern, cloud?based application ecosystem. This role is focused on building, maintaining, and supporting AWS?hosted microservices and contributing across both backend and frontend components in a hybrid Plano environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support cloud?native applications and microservices hosted on AWS
- Build and maintain backend services primarily using Python (Java experience acceptable)
- Work with AWS C1 microservices, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance
- Develop and support frontend components using Angular
- Contribute to server?side development using Node.js
- Collaborate with cross?functional teams including engineering, architecture, and DevOps
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support as needed
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with AWS cloud services and microservices architecture
- Proficiency in Python (Java experience is acceptable)
- Hands?on experience with Node.js
- Frontend development experience using Angular
- Experience working in hybrid/on?site team environments
- Strong problem?solving and communication skills
