Summary

Our client is seeking a highly analytical and proactive Supply Chain Analyst to support complex planning, reporting, and inventory analysis in a fast?paced operational environment. This role is ideal for a self?starter who can independently take ownership of tasks, build and maintain reporting solutions, and collaborate closely with cross?functional planning and operations partners.

The ideal candidate brings strong Excel expertise, experience analyzing sales, inventory, and forecasting data, and the ability to translate large data sets into clear, actionable insights. This position requires comfort working with ambiguity, responding to time?sensitive ad?hoc requests, and driving continuous improvement through data?driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Data Analysis: Build, maintain, and enhance Excel?based reports using company data, including working with existing templates and ensuring correct formula usage.
Ad?Hoc Analysis: Respond to time?sensitive reporting requests from internal and external stakeholders.
Sales & Inventory Analysis: Analyze weekly Purchase, Sales, and Inventory (PSI) data to assess sales performance, support manufacturing decisions, and ensure timely fulfillment aligned with sales plans and product launches.
Inventory & Forecasting Support: Manage system?based tools providing real?time visibility into sales, forecasts, and channel inventory; extract and analyze data for reconciliation and trend identification.
Supply & Delivery Tracking: Provide daily and weekly updates on product arrival schedules from factories and compare against delivery commitments, outstanding sales orders, and forecasts to support future availability planning.
KPI Monitoring: Track weekly and quarterly KPIs, identify exception cases, and analyze metrics to recommend process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
Cross?Functional Collaboration: Communicate regularly with headquarters and internal teams; support escalations related to production allocation, delivery requirements, and inventory management.

Required Skills & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience, preferably in finance, business, or supply chain management (MBA preferred).
Excel Expertise: Advanced Excel skills required, including complex formulas, data manipulation, and report building; experience developing KPI or executive dashboards strongly preferred.
Analytical Strength: Proven ability to analyze large data sets, identify trends, and surface insights to support planning and operational decisions.
Forecasting: Experience preparing sell?out projections, weekly forecasts, and using data analytics to identify developing trends and risk areas.
Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams and partner effectively with planning and operations counterparts.
Execution Mindset: Self?starter who can take ownership of tasks, determine the best approach, and ask questions as needed rather than waiting for detailed instruction.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a highly dynamic, fast?paced environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in telecommunications and/or wireless industries, or environments involving finance, logistics, distribution, program management, or business planning.
Experience supporting product launches, delivery planning, logistics issue resolution, and process improvement initiatives.
Exposure to Tableau or other reporting/BI tools for standardized reporting.
Direct customer interface experience and familiarity with planning or analytics tools.

Work Environment & Additional Information

Office?based role with extensive computer use (50%–95% of the workday).
Requires high attention to detail, numeric accuracy, and sustained visual focus.
May involve periodic extended hours to meet time?sensitive deadlines.
