Job Title: Customer Service Advisor 

Location: Warren, Michigan 

Job Type: Full-Time 

Expected hours per week: 40

Schedule (include days, hours, onsite/hybrid or remote): 
8-12 weeks of training will be hybrid (in office Tues-Thurs/remote Mon & Fri) & fully remote post training 

Pay: $20.75

Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Provide high?quality customer support across phone, email, and messaging channels, managing cases from intake through timely resolution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to connected services, applications, and digital platforms while maintaining accurate case documentation and sharing updates with leadership.
  • Meet or exceed performance expectations for service levels, customer satisfaction, and productivity while participating in ongoing training and coaching.
  • Contribute to a customer?first, collaborative team culture and maintain schedule flexibility, including weekends, based on business needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in a customer?focused role supporting high?expectation customers.
  • Strong technical aptitude with problem?solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficient with common computer applications and customer support systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt in a fast?paced, changing environment.
