| Duties: | Responsible for providing technical support for client’s operations environment; analyzing information to determine client’s system performance and areas of improvement; testing and verifying the network infrastructure to ensure it meets specifications and requirements; support the escalation processes; diagnosing hardware and software problems while minimizing customer impact; analyzing information and determining the appropriate outcome for a problem; utilizing Cisco CLI, Juniper CLI, Panorama, Mainframe, Splunk, AWS Health, Omnibus, Infoblox, and Visio to complete assigned tasks; creating and updating internal tickets to document monitoring and recovery steps; performing routine maintenance as required by policy or procedure; implementing changes within the network infrastructure; and maintaining metrics as defined by management. Location: Southfield, Michigan and multiple undetermined worksites throughout the US. Salary: $68,307 per year; |
| Minimum Qualifications: | Education: Bachelor’s – Business Administration, Business Analytics, Operations Management, Data Science, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree); Training: None; Experience: One (1) year in the position above, as a Network Security Engineer, Network Analyst, Operations Analyst, or in a related occupation; Other Requirements: Experience must include one (1) year use of all the following: Cisco CLI, Juniper CLI, Panorama, Mainframe, Splunk, AWS Health, Omnibus, Infoblox, and Visio. Will also accept any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience. |
