Summary

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Marketing Analyst / Coordinator to support the Citizenship Team. This role is execution-focused and project-driven, supporting the company’s flagship corporate citizenship initiative, a national STEM competition empowering students to solve real-world community challenges.

The ideal candidate brings strong project coordination experience, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage administrative workflows, vendor relationships, and cross-functional communication in a fast-paced, onsite environment. This role is well-suited for early-to-mid-career professionals interested in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Community Impact, or Citizenship programs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Citizenship Team across all priority programs and events (e.g., Solve for Tomorrow Final Event, Day of Service)

  • Manage the Solve for Tomorrow program mailbox and website, ensuring timely updates and accurate communications

  • Coordinate beneficiary, vendor, and agency communications

  • Maintain program documentation, distribution lists, contact lists, and internal process manuals

  • Submit, track, and maintain contracts and invoices, escalating any risks or pending items

  • Coordinate volunteer events using the Benevity platform

  • Conduct research to support program objectives and reporting needs

  • Maintain program lists, dashboards, and reporting deliverables

  • Support post-event summaries, ad-hoc analysis, and administrative tasks as needed


Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience: 2+ years of project coordination, program coordination, or administrative project support

    • Candidates with 6+ years of experience are generally considered overqualified unless transitioning careers

  • Project Management: Experience supporting multiple projects or large programs simultaneously

  • Attention to Detail: Strong documentation, invoice processing, and administrative accuracy

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders

  • Tools:

    • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (including reporting and pivot tables)

    • Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

  • Website Administration: High level of comfort maintaining and updating websites

  • Work Style: Quick learner, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working independently


Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • Preferred fields: Business, Marketing, Public Relations (open to other disciplines)


Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with education-focused programs (e.g., science fairs, STEM initiatives)

  • Interest in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Community Impact, or Citizenship programs

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including communications, legal, and finance

  • Strong organizational skills and follow-through are critical to success in this role
