Job Title: Material Coordinator II – 3rd Shift

Job Type: W2 Contract – 12 months – ongoing
Expected hours per week: 40-50 hours per week
Schedule: 9:00 PM-5:30 AM (But requires flexibility to changing demands of the business for possible overtime and weekend work)
Pay: $25-$29.28 / hour
Job Description:
This role will work closely with the Operations and Supply Management teams as a hands-on team member and service partner, helping ensure production materials are available when and where they’re needed. The candidate will manage production material availability by scheduling and monitoring direct materials so they arrive on time at the work center, primarily using the SAP MRP system. Responsibilities include scheduling, coordinating, and controlling inventory while supporting smooth manufacturing operations. We’re looking for someone with a solid understanding of manufacturing demands, supply and logistics flow, and a strong customer service mindset. This position is fully onsite (remote work is not available), and metatarsals are required.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in Supply Management and/or Operations
- Previous or current military experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with SAP or equivalent MRP systems is a plus
- Comfortable respectfully engaging with others and collaborating across teams
- Ambitious, motivated, and driven with a strong can?do attitude
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review data and drive improvements
