Client Support – Associate

US Foods is seeking a local, onsite Client Support Associate to provide Tier 1–Tier 2 IT support for internal employees at our Greensburg location. This is a hands?on, customer?facing role supporting day?to?day technical needs.
Schedule:
• M/W/F: 8:00am–5:00pm
• T/Th: 11:00am–7:00pm
What You’ll Do
• Provide Tier 1–Tier 2 technical support to internal users
• Manage Active Directory access and password resets
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals
• Image and deploy new hire equipment
• Support Windows operating systems (Windows 7+)
• Assist with ERP systems
• Perform basic networking support (routers, VPN troubleshooting)
• Work with firewalls and Cisco networking tools
• Support MS Office, Microsoft applications, and Salesforce
• Escalate issues when appropriate
What We’re Looking For
• 1–3 years of IT support experience
• 1–3 years of customer service experience
• Experience with Active Directory and password management
• Hardware and OS troubleshooting experience
• Basic networking knowledge (VPN, routers)
• Strong communication and customer?facing skills
• Team?oriented and adaptable
Previous experience troubleshooting desktop, printer and notebook issues. Very strong user and support of MSOffice.
Nice to Have
• Tier 2 support exposure
• ERP or Salesforce support experience
• Cisco or firewall exposure
