Senior Product Manager – Digital Platforms & Billing Solutions

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of digital products, including software platforms, web and mobile applications, and connected solutions. This role owns the product vision end?to?end—from planning and definition through launch and end?of?life—while partnering closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver high?value, customer?focused solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and drive product vision and strategy through market research, competitive analysis, and alignment with the organization’s broader digital ecosystem
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to define roadmaps, MVPs, and MLPs, and build business cases for new features
  • Own and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives, timelines, and delivery to meet business goals
  • Write, review, and approve user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring clear, actionable requirements for development teams
  • Serve as a central point of contact, partnering with design, testing, quality, security, and marketing teams throughout the product lifecycle
  • Identify and track key product metrics and KPIs to measure success and inform data?driven decisions
  • Make product decisions impacting pricing, target customers, revenue models, and overall product P&L
  • Lead UAT, security reviews, and release readiness, working closely with technical leads and engineering teams
  • Stay current on industry trends, customer insights, and market dynamics to guide product direction

Required Skills

  • Business Requirements: Ability to translate complex business and organizational goals into clear, actionable product requirements
  • Agile Software Development: Proven experience leading cross?functional teams in Agile environments and managing a product backlog
  • Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to leverage data for prioritization, trend identification, and performance measurement
  • Technical Requirements: Experience defining non?functional requirements and reviewing technical designs, APIs, and platform architecture
  • Customer Insight: Hands?on experience synthesizing user feedback and behavioral data to design intuitive, customer?centric experiences

Required Experience

  • 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Delivery Manager in a senior or lead capacity

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with recurring billing, invoicing, and payment platforms
  • Background in B2B subscriptions or financial services environments
