Duration: 24?Month Contract
Pay: $40 – $42 an hr
About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Service Engineer to join a fast?paced, hands?on engineering team supporting complex mechanical, electrical, and software?enabled systems. This role is ideal for an early?career engineer who enjoys traveling, troubleshooting real?world problems, and working directly with customers and technical teams.
You’ll play a key role in investigating issues, diagnosing root causes, and supporting long?term solutions across customer sites, dealer locations, and internal engineering teams.
What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware, software, and system?level issues in the field
- Travel to customer and dealer sites to support investigations, installations, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to implement corrective actions
- Support new product introductions (NPI) and ongoing product improvement initiatives
- Perform failure analysis on returned parts and document findings
- Create and update technical documentation, reports, and service communications
- Act as a technical liaison between customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders
- Escalate complex issues appropriately while driving timely resolution
What We’re Looking For
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience
- 1+ year of hands?on engineering, troubleshooting, or technical support experience
- Strong problem?solving and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to different audiences
- Comfortable working independently and traveling extensively
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
