Job Description:
As a global organization’s brand evolves to match the pace of opportunity, the Brand Manager, Strategy & Governance will play a key role in operationalizing the enterprise brand by translating established priorities into clear actions, on-time deliverables, and consistent execution across the business. Reporting to the Enterprise Brand Lead, this role is responsible for project managing brand initiatives, running governance processes, coordinating cross-functional work, and implementing performance reporting to bring the brand strategy to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Operationalize enterprise brand strategy into clear actions and consistent execution
- Run brand governance forums including scheduling, agendas, tracking, and follow-up
- Coordinate cross-functional work across internal teams and external partners
- Project manage brand initiatives, timelines, deliverables, and issue resolution
- Maintain brand frameworks, standards, and review processes
- Implement measurement frameworks, dashboards, and reporting for brand performance
- Develop executive-ready updates, presentations, and status reports
- Identify risks and process gaps, recommending workflow improvements
- Support brand education, training, and change management efforts
- Assist with transition of brand work into internal processes and agency coordination
- Oversee implementation of environmental design standards across locations
- Ensure consistent brand application across customer-facing environments
