Pay Range: $55-58 per hour
Job Description:
- Provides end-to-end project leadership for initiatives driven by enterprise IT requirements, ensuring projects are planned, coordinated, and delivered effectively
- Supports the work group by leading technical programs related to security hardening, infrastructure modernization, software upgrades, and retirement of obsolete technologies
- Brings the technical depth needed to translate complex IT requirements into clear project plans, risks, dependencies, and execution steps for business and engineering stakeholders
- Strengthens alignment across product and engineering teams and technical teams, enabling smooth cross-functional collaboration and timely delivery of shared priorities
- Helps the organization maintain a secure, stable, and modern technology environment by driving implementation of critical enterprise-led initiatives within business unit
Typical task breakdown:
- Operate within the Operating Model framework, applying agreed governance, delivery practices, and team ways of working
- Build and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery trackers
- Coordinate meetings and working sessions with product and engineering teams to align scope, technical dependencies, timelines, and responsibilities
- Track project progress, key decisions, risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive follow-up actions to keep work moving on schedule
- Use Azure DevOps and Confluence to manage work items, document plans and decisions, maintain project artifacts, and provide visibility into delivery status
- Prepare and deliver regular stakeholder updates, including status, risks, blockers, and upcoming milestones, to ensure alignment and timely decision-making
Education & Experience Required:
- Degree required
- 5-7 years in this capacity of a PM
- PMP Certification a nice to have
Required Technical Skills
- A strong IT technical background is highly desired, as the role requires solid understanding of technical requirements, architecture dependencies
- Ability to understand and navigate infrastructure migrations, software upgrades, technology retirements, and security-related changes to manage delivery effectively and anticipate project risks
Soft Skills
- Heavy attention to details required
- Able multitask multiple projects at the same time
- Ability to connect with teams from different organizations/business units/locations
