We’re looking for a Technology Product Manager II to drive product strategy and execution within Electrical & Embedded Software (E&E) Engineering. This role represents the voice of the customer, manages product backlogs, and partners with engineering and business teams to deliver high-value solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and manage product backlog, prioritizing features to maximize business value
- Define product functionality and align with strategic goals
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, and business stakeholders
- Lead Agile processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews
- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to release
- Monitor product success metrics and continuously improve performance
What You Bring:
- 4–7 years of relevant product or industry experience
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Background in IT, engineering, or related field
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
