Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Manager – Launch Support to support complex product launch initiatives in a fast-paced business environment. This role will coordinate activities across engineering, PMO, sales operations, and commercial teams to ensure successful product integration and launch readiness. The ideal candidate has experience managing non-engineering product launches, navigating ambiguity, and driving progress through shifting priorities and timelines. This is a fully onsite position located in Lisle, IL.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of complex product launch activities.
- Partner with engineering, PMO, sales operations, and commercial teams to align launch requirements and deliverables.
- Facilitate customer order solicitation processes and launch-related business operations activities.
- Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items to ensure launch objectives are achieved.
- Manage competing priorities and adapt project plans in response to changing business needs and timelines.
- Maintain project documentation, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
- Leverage PMO tools to monitor project progress, organize workflows, and improve execution efficiency.
- Identify and escalate issues that may impact launch readiness or overall project success.
Years of Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of project management, launch management, program coordination, or related business operations experience.
- Experience supporting complex product launches in a commercial, business operations, or product integration environment.
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders while managing changing priorities and deadlines.
Skills Required
- Experience supporting complex product launches (non-engineering environment preferred).
- Strong understanding of commercial operations, business processes, and product integration activities.
- Experience managing ambiguity, shifting priorities, and evolving project timelines.
- Proficiency with PMO and project management tools such as Adobe Workfront, Monday.com, or equivalent platforms.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and coordination skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to track multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and risk management skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
