Pay Rate: $30-$35/hr

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Content Developer to design and develop high-quality Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and eLearning (eLearn) solutions. This role collaborates closely with Principal Instructional Designers (PIDs), Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Implementation Specialists to bring design documents to life through engaging content, visuals, and interactivity.
**A portfolio with eLearn samples is required for consideration for this role.**

Key Responsibilities

Instructor-Led Training (ILT) Development
• Develop consistent and engaging course materials including Lesson Plans, PowerPoint presentations, Participant Guides, Handouts, Performance Demonstrations and Assessments, etc.
• Apply visual design standards including color themes, graphics, icons, and infographics.
• Program PowerPoint slides with transitions, animations, and interactive elements.
• Collaborate with the PID and SMEs through iterative reviews and revisions.
• Complete and manage tasks using QRC checklists and project management tools (e.g., MS Planner).
• Prepare materials for handoff to Implementation Specialists for finalization and deployment.

eLearning (eLearn) Development
• Translate design documents and storyboards into interactive eLearning modules with Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.
• Write and record narration scripts in a conversational tone.
• Design and animate visual elements including characters, icons, and infographics.
• Build interactive and gamified learning experiences using Articulate Storyline or Rise.
• Ensure logical course flow and completion tracking.
• Publish and share Review 360 links for feedback and approvals.
• Package SCORM files and coordinate with Implementation Specialists for deployment.

Required Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience developing ILT and/or eLearning content.
• Proficiency in MS Suites and Adobe Create Suite.
• Must be proficient and experienced in Articulate Storyline and Rise.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
