Schedule: 
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (35 hours/week)  

Pay Range: 

$30-38 hr 
 

We’re looking for a detail-driven Grants Project Specialist to support a critical initiative focused on reconciling grant data across multiple systems, including Workday, state agency records, and federal data sources. 

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, solving discrepancies, and collaborating with stakeholders in a structured, impactful environment. You’ll receive hands-on training in Providence before transitioning to your onsite role in Cranston. 

 
 

What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Reconcile and validate grant data across Workday, agency systems, and federal records 

  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in data reporting 

  • Partner with state agency staff to support reconciliation efforts 

  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance standards are met 

  • Learn and apply state-specific reconciliation processes 

 
 

What You Bring 

  • Strong data analysis skills 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (ability to work with datasets, formulas, etc.) 

  • High attention to detail and accuracy 

  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach 

  • Ability to manage tasks with urgency while maintaining quality 

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems/processes 

 
 

Nice to Have 

  • Experience with federal grants or government-related data (not required)
