Position: Front-End Software Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a Software Engineer with a strong combination of AI experience and end-to-end CI/CD pipeline expertise to join our engineering enablement team.
In this role, you will help drive AI adoption across engineering teams, support users of modern AI development tools, and design and maintain CI/CD solutions within the GitHub ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of software development experience, DevOps knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and a passion for improving developer productivity.
Key Responsibilities

Drive AI adoption and enablement across engineering teams.
- Support and educate users on AI development tools including Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and QODO.
- Contribute to AI integration and prompt engineering initiatives.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support for engineering tools and platforms.
- Design, implement, deploy, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Support modernization efforts, including migration from Jenkins to GitHub Actions.
- Develop and support engineering solutions using modern software development practices.
- Contribute to engineering dashboards, reporting, and DevOps metrics initiatives.
- Collaborate with globally distributed teams across North America, Mexico, and India.
Required Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Experience with AI tools, AI enablement, or AI integration within software development workflows.
- Experience with prompt engineering and practical AI applications.
- Strong experience designing, implementing, and supporting CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of DevOps principles and the software delivery lifecycle.
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues and supporting engineering teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
