Title: Change Management Specialist
Location: Mossville, IL
Details: 12-month contract with ongoing need, opportunity for direct hire, fully onsite role
Pay Rate: $40.00 – 43.00/hr. with benefit inclusions
Job Summary
Serve as a Change Management and Communications Specialist working with business units across a large, matrixed company. Influence and guide changes within projects and transformations. Responsible for creating and driving Change Plans, as well as producing the artifacts, communications, and deliverables necessary to drive change. Coordinate meetings, drive action items, and apply analytical thinking. This role is part of an internal change management office working with projects and executives across every division of the enterprise. No project or change is exactly the same, requiring adaptability and trusted guidance.
Responsibilities
• Maintain relationships with internal clients to understand upcoming changes in people, processes, systems, behaviors, or culture
• Facilitate working team meetings and share screens during sessions
• Influence and guide changes, including convincing upper leadership of the importance of change management
• Write and design materials to support change rollouts while maintaining consistent messaging across channels
• Coordinate activities and ensure consistent and timely execution of change implementation plans
• Use surveys, interviews, and focus groups to gather perspectives and measure change adoption
Years of Experience and Education
• 5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, transformation leadership, or strategic communication
• 2-year degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Internships are accepted as job experience
• Open to candidates with a master’s degree with 2–3 years of experience
• Comparable roles include Change Management Consultant, Communications Representative, Public Relations Specialist, Program Manager, and Executive Coach
