Job Summary
We are seeking a Quality Engineer to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role focuses on problem solving, process improvement, quality support, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure product and manufacturing excellence. The position is fully onsite and requires substantial time spent on the production floor.

Responsibilities

  • Support quality initiatives within a manufacturing environment to improve product and process performance.
  • Investigate quality concerns and assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and business teams to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Analyze data and provide recommendations to support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Participate in quality reviews, audits, and process evaluations.
  • Communicate findings, updates, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Support implementation of quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
  • Work directly within the factory environment, spending significant time on the production floor to monitor and support operations.
  • Travel occasionally between nearby facilities as required.

Years of Experience and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Communications, Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Manufacturing internship experience is highly preferred.
  • Previous exposure to manufacturing, quality, engineering, or production environments is a plus.
