Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Execute and maintain manual and automated test cases for new and existing features.

Write and maintain comprehensive test cases, test plans, and testing documentation.

Reproduce, document, triage, and track defects through resolution.

Support test strategy development and test plan creation.
-
Create and maintain dashboards to monitor quality metrics and testing progress.
-
Conduct product audits and bug audits to identify quality gaps and improve test coverage.
-
Provide release readiness support for small to medium-sized feature launches.
-
Lead test execution efforts for small to medium-sized projects and features.
-
Perform benchmarking, performance, and battery testing.
-
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and QA stakeholders.
-
Participate in status meetings and represent QA when needed.

Support high-priority and confidential projects requiring exceptional attention to detail.

Coordinate testing activities with offshore teams when necessary.
Requirements
-
7+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or a related field.

Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Experience writing and executing detailed test plans and test cases.
-
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
-
Experience supporting complex software releases.
-
Comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience testing social networking, messaging, or consumer-facing applications.

Experience working with offshore teams across multiple time zones.

Trust & Safety domain experience.

Experience leveraging AI tools or agents to improve QA workflows.
