Customer Experience Professional

As a Customer Experience Incentive Professional, you will be supporting Trimble’s Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Owner (AECO) Sector and specifically our Global Professional Services and Customer Success organizations through management and administration of our customer experience incentives and commission processes globally. You will report to the Manager of Customer Experience Performance & Compensation, and your work will be critical to the continued success and revenue growth of the Sector and Trimble. 

Your Key Tasks Will Be

  • Supporting the global AECO Customer Experience Organization in? commission related matters, including administering documentation, performing calculations, and proposing process improvements.
  • Assist with the maintenance and calculations for AECO Customer Experience Incentive program and seller plans for global team members.
  • Partnering with other Compensation team members to solve Customer Experience compensation-related business problems.
  • Commissions: Support process improvement efforts around the compensation planning and maintenance process.

 Note: Candidates should be comfortable working with large datasets, reporting processes, commission tracking, and Salesforce-based reporting.

 

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • High degree of mathematical and analytical competency.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Excel are a must.
  • Experience with BI tools and/or compensation management software is a bonus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional presence. 
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information and records with a high degree of discretion, diligence, and sound judgement.
  • Excellent problem solving and analysing skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change positively, thrive in a matrixed work environment, and effectively manage competing demands.
