Overview
A leading insurance organization is seeking a Third Party Risk Management Consultant II to support and enhance its Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) program. This role will partner with governance, risk, compliance, procurement, and technology teams to improve vendor risk processes, administer key TPRM platforms, and provide reporting and insights to senior leadership.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned TPRM professional with hands-on ProcessUnity administration experience who enjoys driving process improvements, supporting platform enhancements, and influencing risk management decisions.
Responsibilities
- Administer and enhance ProcessUnity workflows, notifications, dashboards, reports, and configurations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements across the TPRM program
- Gather requirements and support deployment of new features and integrations within ProcessUnity and other third-party risk platforms
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for platform enhancements and system changes
- Develop executive-level dashboards, reports, KPIs, KRIs, and program metrics
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and risk committees
- Track risk tiering, issue management trends, SLA compliance, and other program effectiveness metrics
- Support annual reviews and updates of TPRM policies, procedures, and governance documentation
- Assist with third-party incident triage and escalation processes
- Support communications related to vendor incidents, CVEs, and zero-day vulnerabilities
- Troubleshoot ProcessUnity issues and coordinate with vendor support as needed
- Train internal and external stakeholders on ProcessUnity and other TPRM tools
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) or Vendor Risk Management experience
- Hands-on ProcessUnity administration experience, including:
- Workflow configuration
- Dashboard and report creation
- Expression writing
- Property review and administration
- Experience developing metrics and reporting for senior leadership
- Experience performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Strong knowledge of TPRM processes, KRIs, KPIs, and governance practices
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Cybersecurity or information security experience
- Third-party risk assessment experience
- Experience with Workday Strategic Sourcing
- Experience with SupplyWisdom
- Experience with Omnea or similar workflow/orchestration platforms
- Insurance or financial services industry experience
