Job Title: Software Tester 3
Contract Duration: 1-year, possible extension

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Evaluate model output quality across diverse scenarios and edge cases.
  • End-to-end AI execution and validation of new AI features, ensuring functional accuracy, reliability, and alignment with product requirements before release.
  • Design, run, and evaluate prompt-based test scenarios to ensure consistent and high-quality language model outputs.
  • Report performance / usability bugs and inconsistencies in AI-driven features with user impact assessments.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and debugging and log analysis skills.
  • Automate prompt validation where possible, using tools generated internally.
  • Support continuous improvement of UX and AI feature integration through data-driven QA practices like benchmarking.
  • Ensure successful execution of multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communicate with internal/external teams in professional manner to build and maintain excellent rapport.
  • Works on problems of limited scope. Follows standard practices and procedures.
  • Conduct usability testing across platforms to identify friction points and accessibility issues.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills, communication (verbal and written) skills, and organizational and documentation skills
  • Goal oriented, possess a sense of urgency and capable to work under pressure and also work independently with limited supervision

Qualification (Background and Experience)

  • BS in Computer Science/Engineering/Data science or related field required
  • 1–3 years software QA experience required.
  • Proven experience with QA test plans, manual/automated test execution, and defect management.
  • In-depth knowledge of product quality management and QA lifecycles (SDLC).
  • Familiarity with AI systems, LLMs, and prompt engineering tools is desirable.
  • Experience in the Mobile/Telecom industry is desirable.
  • English and Korean (business proficiency in speaking/reading/writing) preferred.
  • Strong communication, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive; able to engage with multiple teams across multiple locations.
  • Sense of ownership with a drive to complete projects end-to-end.
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying current with evolving technologies.
  • Understanding of how technology influences culture and society in the US.
