Job Summary
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support high-volume hiring efforts by serving as a key point of contact throughout the candidate screening and interview process. This role is responsible for reviewing applicants, conducting phone screens, coordinating assessments and interviews, maintaining accurate candidate records, and partnering closely with recruiting teams to ensure a positive candidate experience and efficient hiring process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable communicating with candidates in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Review incoming applications and identify qualified candidates based on position requirements.
- Conduct phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, availability, and interest.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Distribute and track candidate assessments and required hiring documentation.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within applicant tracking systems.
- Monitor recruiting requisitions and provide timely follow-up with applicants.
- Partner with recruiters and talent acquisition team members to ensure interview schedules are filled efficiently.
- Provide a professional and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Handle sensitive candidate information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Track recruiting activity, candidate progress, and hiring metrics as needed.
- Support ongoing hiring initiatives and high-volume recruiting demands.
- Perform administrative and coordination activities related to talent acquisition operations.
Years of Experience and Education
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- 2-4 years of professional experience in recruiting, recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, human resources, customer service, call center operations, appointment scheduling, education, or a related field.
- Internship experience may be considered toward overall experience requirements.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates professionally over the phone.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Self-motivated team player with strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Experience with applicant tracking systems or HR platforms; Workday experience preferred.
