Job Description:
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary engineering point of contact for external game development partners integrating platform frameworks into their titles.

Provide hands-on technical support through office hours, direct correspondence, and developer consultations.

Troubleshoot and debug integration issues, identifying whether problems stem from implementation errors or framework defects.

Develop and maintain integration documentation, developer guides, sample code, and test plans.

Build self-service tooling that helps partners validate and troubleshoot integrations independently.

Create and maintain Unity plugin wrappers that simplify framework adoption for game studios.
-
Reproduce, document, and escalate technical issues to internal engineering teams with detailed bug reports.

Gather feedback from developers and help drive improvements to framework capabilities and future enhancements.

Support multiple concurrent partner engagements while ensuring a high-quality developer experience.
Requirements
-
6-10 years of professional software engineering experience.

Strong proficiency in Swift and/or Objective-C.
-
Experience developing for iOS platforms.

Solid knowledge of Xcode, App Store distribution, application launch processes, and lifecycle management.

Working proficiency with Unity and C#.
-
Prior experience in Developer Relations, Partner Engineering, Technical Support Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role.

Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills.

Ability to manage a high volume of technical requests while maintaining attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with subscription, entitlement, or in-app purchase technologies such as StoreKit.

Experience building SDKs, developer frameworks, plugins, integration tooling, or developer-facing libraries.

Familiarity with Unreal Engine or additional game development engines.

Experience supporting game studios, gaming products, or developer ecosystems.

Previous experience working within large-scale consumer technology environments.

Familiarity with engineering workflows and developer support processes.
