Develops and maintains a system for managing office routine
· Assists in planning, conducting and evaluating projects
· Monitors programs and projects

We are an industrial engineering department. Team focuses on layout work like AutoCAD to maintain time zone operations. We have a separate system that we use where we help maintain standardized work
Looking for engineering skills. Student will Assist in time studies, workflow analysis, and layout optimization. Support data collection and analysis for process improvement initiatives. Participate in Kaizen events and continuous improvement projects. Help develop and update standard operating sheets. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and quality teams to identify and implement efficiency improvements, and document findings and present recommendations to leadership.
Ability to communicate verbally and written is critically, especially, dealing with the UAW. Candidate needs to be Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and contribute.
Looking for someone currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
