Job Title: Bilingual Executive Assistant to CFO

Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ (On-site, 5 days/week)

 

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Executive Assistant fluent in Korean and English to support our Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This role demands exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. You will be the right hand to the CFO, managing communications, schedules, travel, and key projects with precision and professionalism.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Support: Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments to optimize the CFO’s time.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary liaison for the CFO, handling emails, calls, and correspondence in both Korean and English.
  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, presentations, and follow-up documentation; organize on-site and off-site events.
  • Office Management: Order supplies, process invoices, and manage expense reports.
  • Travel Management: Arrange complex international and domestic travel, including last-minute changes.
  • Project Management: Track deliverables, assist with reporting, and coordinate team updates and reviews.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve scheduling and logistical challenges proactively.
  • Research & Analysis: Monitor market and competitor trends to support strategic decision-making.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
  • Fluency in Korean and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Highly intuitive, collaborative, and adaptable to changing schedules and procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

 

Work Environment

  • Fast-paced office setting with frequent deadlines and shifting priorities.
  • Occasional overtime may be required.
