Pay Range: 

$79.41 – $93.10 per hour

Job Description:  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Design, build, and ship agentic workflows that replace manual processes. 

  • Build and maintain tooling dashboards and developer surfaces that aggregate operational and agentic signals. 

  • Develop new modules, integrations, and UI enhancements supporting internal stakeholders. 

  • Conduct rapid prototyping of AI-native tools and solutions, iterating based on feedback and measurable outcomes. 

  • Discover, evaluate, and integrate new AI development tools into engineering workflows. 

  • Build validation harnesses, evaluation of pipelines, and supervised handoff workflows for production of AI systems. 

  • Extend reporting infrastructure, registries, and leadership reporting capabilities. 

  • Expand shared knowledge-layer capabilities by integrating new data sources and supporting evolving search and retrieval systems. 

  • Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate engineering delivery and productivity. 

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, scope solutions, and iterate on deliverables. 

  • Document systems, APIs, workflows, and architectural decisions to support long-term ownership and handoff. 

Requirements 

  • 5-7 years of professional software engineering experience. 

  • Experience designing scalable software systems and platform architectures. 

  • Experience building and consuming AI/LLM-based applications, services, or workflows. 

  • Strong, full-stack development experience. 

  • Proficiency with React and JavaScript for front-end development. 

  • Proficiency with Python for backend development and automation. 

  • Experience participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements of gathering, development, testing, deployment, and support. 

  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving abilities. 

  • Ability to work independently while managing priorities and deadlines. 

  • Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience building agentic systems or workflow automation platforms. 

  • Experience with Claude or other large language models. 

  • Experience developing internal AI tools, productivity platforms, or content-related systems. 

  • Previous experience working within large-scale technology organizations. 

  • Virtual Reality (VR), immersive technology, or digital content ecosystem experience. 

  • Experience supporting developer platforms, creator ecosystems, or technical enablement programs. 

  • Experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to other engineers.

Education
