Job Description:  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Serve as the primary administrator and owner of the sales enablement platform, ensuring effective governance, optimization, and day-to-day operations. 

  • Manage content intake, prioritization, review, and approval processes for sales enablement resources. 

  • Develop and maintain sales enablement materials including playbooks, sales plays, digital room templates, job aids, training content, videos, and learning modules. 

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into enablement content and resources. 

  • Write, edit, schedule, and publish sales communications, homepage updates, and internal news content. 

  • Maintain editorial calendars and coordinate content reviews and approvals. 

  • Manage content publishing workflows, taxonomy, metadata, tagging structures, permissions, and access controls. 

  • Ensure content hygiene through version control, archiving, naming conventions, and content lifecycle management. 

  • Monitor platform adoption and content effectiveness, leveraging analytics to support continuous improvement. 

  • Support content library operations by ensuring assets are reviewed, tagged, published, refreshed, and retired appropriately. 

Requirements 

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement operations, content operations, corporate communications, or related functions. 

  • Hands-on administration experience with sales enablement platforms, with strong experience in Highspot preferred. 

  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills for field-facing and internal audiences. 

  • Experience managing content governance, information architecture, taxonomy, metadata, and version control practices. 

  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and partner across cross-functional teams. 

  • Experience improving content discoverability and reducing risk associated with outdated content. 

  • Ability to translate business requirements into operational solutions and processes. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience administering Highspot in a large-scale sales or revenue enablement environment. 

  • Familiarity with Salesforce. 

  • Experience working with analytics and adoption reporting. 

  • Background supporting sales enablement, revenue enablement, or knowledge management initiatives. 

  • Experience partnering with technology teams on system enhancements and process improvements. 

  • Exposure to AI-driven tools and emerging technologies. 

  • Experience in mission-driven, education-focused, or nonprofit organizations.
