Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support a global program management organization responsible for delivering strategic initiatives across engineering, operations, supply chain, new product introduction (NPI), continuous improvement, and electrification programs. This role will be responsible for maintaining project schedules, supporting project planning activities, facilitating meetings, tracking project risks and action items, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of project plans. The position offers significant exposure to cross-functional teams, business leaders, and high-visibility initiatives within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Microsoft Project and other project management tools.
- Coordinate and facilitate project planning, control, and status meetings with stakeholders across multiple business functions.
- Track project risks, issues, action items, and key deliverables to support successful execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure project plans remain accurate, current, and aligned with business objectives.
- Prepare project reports, presentations, and status updates for leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, supply chain, and program management teams to support project execution.
- Assist with strategic planning, resource coordination, and project documentation activities.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and recommendations effectively to diverse audiences.
- Support process improvements and project management best practices across multiple initiatives.
- Work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Years of Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of professional experience in project coordination, project management, business operations, supply chain, engineering support, or a related discipline.
- Internship experience may be considered toward overall experience requirements.
- Experience supporting cross-functional projects and working with multiple stakeholders is preferred.

- Exposure to Microsoft Project or other project scheduling tools (training available).
- Basic understanding of business operations, strategic planning, resource allocation, and production processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across geographically dispersed teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
